You must be: 13+, except for Texas, where you must be: 18How it works: Head over to Pet Simulator 99 and complete your purchase via the merch store. You will receive the DLC instantly upon purchase!
Where exactly is the in-game merch store?
The merch store can be found by following these steps:
  1. 1) Launch Pet Simulator 99 .
  2. 2) Click the "Exclusive Shop" button.
  3. 3) Scroll to the very bottom where DLC codes are redeemed for merchandise and you found the in-game Merch Store!
What happens if I cancel my in-game purchase?
If your in-game merch store purchase is canceled, your digital reward will be revoked upon your order cancelation / refund.
Can I get DLC from purchases online?
As of now we do not offer any DLC for purchases made on our online store. The only way to obtain merch DLC is by purchasing in-game here .
I received a DLC code with my online store purchase
If you recently placed an order after 01/01/2025 and received a non-working DLC code, it is not meant to be used and is inactive. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion. As of now no purchases made on shop.biggames.io include DLC for any of our games.
